Amnesty International believes that respect, protection and realization of all human rights of all persons is indispensable for reducing rates of HIV, increase access to appropriate care and treatment, and reduce the impact of the epidemic , including discrimination and violence .
III. WHAT DOES AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL FRONT HIV / AIDS?
Amnesty defends the human rights of people living with HIV and AIDS :
- Performing work campaign to ensure the physical integrity and security of people living with HIV and AIDS .
- Working for the detainees living with HIV and AIDS have access to health care and information .
- Working to protect people at risk of HIV infection as a result of discrimination or violence (including sexual violence ).
